    Mystery Period

Alright, I woke up Saturday morning to my period which was a surprise because it arrived 4 days early. If one thing is for sure, it's always on time. Both Saturday and Sunday were an extremely light flow, and today, it's gone. That's the crazy part. It usually lasts a full 4 days and a 5th light day. The first 2 days are always awful.

A little background, earlier this year I went off my birth control of 4 years for no good reason. My period disappeared for 57 days. I understand that I 'shook' my body up by changing the cycle thus the missing period. In late July I seemed to get back on schedule and August was like clockwork as well.

I've read stress, diet, exercise can all effect cycles. My diet and exercise are good to go, I maintain my ideal weight and eat balanced meals. Stress...No more than usual.

Any suggestions or similar stories? Thanks in advance

Having you been spending a lot of time with other women, or working closely with another female? Cycles tend to sync up when women spend a lot of time around one another. Co-workers, roommates etc.
