Try moving at about a 45 degree angle towards his head - half way between straight up and down, and forward / back.

It can work with you facing either his head or his feet, but the angles are a bit better if you are facing his head. .

Well, uh, yes I would say so, but I'm thinking since you said he's shipping out with a large freight in a small ship, maybe you should look at making sure you are well oiled so the gears are running smooth.

Ok, look I'm going to make a suggestion here and I highly recommend it!

Find a chair that is suitable where there is no obstruction to your legs and he can sit up slightly leaning back. He sits on the chair and you face away from him then as he guides you and makes penetration you then are able to do the deep knee bends so to speak. You also can begin to rock back and forth slightly. It's like you are going to sit on his lap then raise back up, this way you can get all the stroke and depth you want. You are slightly leaning forward with your hands on your knees. One important part is your legs need to be spread out on the outside of his. This should be a fairly comfortable position and quite pleasant.
