I do take it as a little bit of an insult, and isn't what you want to see when you're lying there completely relaxed and content. I know that if I was a woman I'd swallow, so I don't see it as too much to expect.

Have to think of the people with gag reflexes, though. I have a horrible gag reflex, I can't stand the texture of it. The times I have swallowed, I've vomited because I can't stop coughing. I always swallow unless something else is requested of me. My boyfriend goes through phases where he thinks it's "rude" of him to come in my mouth so he'll pull out, but personally I'd rather he left it in because it's less of a mess to clean up

Taste is a biggie in this, some men just taste awful but really swallowing wouldn't make it better or worse once it's already hit your taste buds. Silvertae is right that quantity is an issue, some of that is how deep you take them. But WC as to your question above, it's kind of an art

Doing both at the same time is wonderful because you can concentrate on the head and slightly below with the mouth and tongue and the remaining Drive Shaft with the hand but the timing has to be the same as when you are going up and down.

As one would go up they then with the hand twist 1 way about a half turn, going down they twist their hand the opposite direction half a turn. When the timing is correct it becomes very effective! Basically the hand is creating a tighter grip on the PC muscle, while the mouth is able to concentrate on the Head.
