You sound like you're still young. Back in the 80's there was a movie called "Flashdance" which featured a scene where the lead character took off her bra from inside her blouse. This was very sexy and gave every guy my age a boner at least once. Make the guy work for it. What you conceal is as important as what you reveal. I thought every mom gave her daughter that lecture.

There's also this stereotype that if a woman has big boobs she has to flaunt it and act like a bimbo, for lack of a better term. It's fine to do that if it's what *you* want. But don't internalize that message. Resist that.

When all is said and done, it's just a bunch of fatty tissue. The rest is a bunch of stuff we make up. Except for the part where the guy gets to give you the pearl necklace. That's pretty cool. But he has to earn it. Remember, any guy who's worth it will look you in the eyes when he talks to you. You know exactly what I mean.

Well, the only time braless has bothered me was when it was my very old school teacher (head of year)

In a school environment... and stuff it was just... wrong!

But do whatever you feel like doing ^_^

i heard a joke once - how do you make a kilo of excess fat attractive to a man?
        stick a nipple on it.

After two years i have gotten used to not wear a bra (i am always using a bra at work). And i am happy that it turns my boyfriend on. However i would probably be using my bra in public, to avoid reactions. If it wasn't for him. Strangely there are only woman that have embarrassed me. There is a woman that i am meeting about once a week (friend's of my boyfriend). She is constantly staring on my breasts, even if i am talking to her. The sad thing she is not the only one. Woman should know how easy it is to notice if some one is staring at our breasts. I am fearing that i sooner or later is going to have a very unpleasant reaction. And it makes me angry that it's probably going to be from a woman. this is my main concern.

I rarely wore a bra in a my days if youth and paid little attention to other's responses but then I'm not nearly as well endowed as you are and it wasn't as noticeable. Women tend to be hard on each other and can be pretty judgemental. Another factor is your attitude. You send subtle and not so subtle messages with your body language that indicate you aren't comfortable or confident about what you are doing and people will pick that up in a flash. And some will use it to put you in a posistion if weakness, it's just their nature to do so. It may be wrong, it may be unkind but they often won't even realize they are doing it.

May be you should let the girls free when you are with your bf so he can enjoy them and keep them under wraps when out in the world on your own. Make it more of a treat, something special just for him? In a perfect world you should be able to go naked if you want to but until we achieve that state of enlightenment you have to play the socially acceptable game and make it easy on yourself.

Yes, indeed. However deep inside i don't like to give in just because a few people is narrow-minded. However i would probably have given up , if it weren't for him.

It's not about people being narrow-minded. As you get older you'll have to pay attention to the fact that other women will judge you for how you present yourself. This is especially true if you plan to work in female-dominated professions like retail, fashion, or advertising. My advice is to find trusted female friends who will take you shopping and help you develop a style that makes the statement YOU want to make. Being sexy for your BF is one thing, truly owning your beauty is something you get to do for yourself.

to re-iterate it sounds like you are just doing it to make him happy, just tell him "i feel uncomfortable" when he tries to put down your feelings, say "well that is the way i feel" and go and get fitted for a kick-rse sexy bra.

you should do whatever it is that you feel that you want to do at the time.

if he doesnt like it, tell him you'd like to see him wear (something uncomfortable) or not wear (whatever).

is bra-less sexy? yeah, sometimes. But no reason to do it if it's not what you want to do!
