Do you find that reading about sex makes it better in real life? Just curious.
That's hard to say. For me it really takes having a connected partner who is willing to explore and I just haven't had that. It has helped me be more open and aware, so from that standpoint, yes.

Hey that sounds interesting - My wife gets lots of these books for us to share - we even highlight the parts that we find interesting, and when each of us have finished the book, we review with each other the parts that we highlighted and discuss why we thought it was good.

If its a positional thing, we have several chosen to try and rate between us. Don't laugh, but the latest one is called "The Snuggie-Sutra"! It's a hoot! We even went out and bought one of the danged things (actually a body wrap from Cabelas - but very similar) just so we could try some of the suggestions. lol

SEX: SOMETHING ALL MEN SHOULD READ

I started a new thread today with the above title.

*The verbage and quotes found in my thread were by Ian Kerner, Ph.D. from his book SHE COMES FIRST, copyright 2004, pages 23, 24 and 25.

I was told to list the credit in the "book section" of this forum. When I did a search, using the search window near the top of the page, I entered "Books" and this is where it brought me.

I am hopeful that this meets the requirements of W-H.

        Thank you.

May I add one more "must read" to the list? (it's a short book and the best one on sex I've ever read--couldn't put it down and it changed forever the way my partner and I make love)

"Tantric Sex for Men: Making Love a Meditation" (Diana and Michael Richardson)

In this book you learn about the important part of sex (NOT ejaculation nor climaxing) but having the penis in the vagina in a loving way for long periods of time. You don't even have to be erect to do it (soft entry can work very well--we've tried it). It takes so much pressure off a couple to "perform" and brings lovemaking to a different, magnetic, energizing level.

          I love this book.

Don't have a book to recommend. I just thought I'd comment that I found the subject line, "Sticky Books on Sex", amusing.

I've repeatedly recommended these books on female ejaculation for couples to read TOGETHER, so I thought (and after WC's suggestion) that I'd put them here.

Unleashing Her G-Spot Orgasm : A Simple, Step-by-Step Guide to Achieving Ultimate Sexual Ecstasy by: Donald L. Hicks
                and
Female Ejaculation : Unleash the Ultimate G-Spot Orgasm by: Somraj Pokras, Jeffre Talltrees

I thought they both were very informative and gave good suggestions on the art of ejaculation for women. It is all about trust, communication and exploring what works. The reason I stress for couples to read these together is because this is not something that can be accomplished one sided. A man cannot set out to make his woman ejaculate without her knowledge. To me, there is a mind set that goes along with it, especially at first. I have to be very aroused and relaxed. I can now also make myself ejaculate on my own, it just one day happened, I didn't set out for it to happen. With that said, a woman can work on this on her own, but I would imagine it would be more difficult.

She Comes First by Ian Lerner Ph.D I found it an easy read and quite helpful. Not as deep as some of the other books mentioned in here.

He Comes Second also by Dr. Lerner Was a pretty good book for a follow up. I felt more geared to women, butt I'm a sucker for a follow up...

The One Hour Orgasm Referred by my new friend WildChild.... Read it, enjoyed it, read it again to absorb it. I'm a slow reader and slower abosorber (nice word...).

Here's a book that deals with not only how to satisfy a women sexually, but emotionally as well. It also deals with getting a deeper understanding of women. I loved the book, and so did my husband....(great massage and bedroom tips for him to follow). It's called The PMS (Please Make Sense) Guide for Men. Got it on Amazon.
