I was wondering if i could get some thoughts on guys preferences about a girl's private part.

I've generally shaved down there and only kept a couple of inches of hair above my clit. This had always been received well by my first boyfriend, but the new guy i'm seeing has asked me not to shave my bikini area at all. He says that he prefers it that way, so i've not shaved for over a month now and he can never wait to go down.

I just wondered whether there's a general consensus about this?

Completely personal preference. Some guys like fur pie, some guys like bald, some guys like it in between.

Thats a perfect point wild child it is very much just a preference, some women say they like a beard tickling them others can't stand it.. I think its much like that with guys and pubes.

Also I have been noticing a trend of more guys being interested in natural unshaven.. I think its because shaved has become so common. Me personally I like to shave because I like to feel smooth there for me, when I touch it. My bf has never stated a preference.

But before when most women didn't shave it was more exciting for guys to find a girl that shaves, now almost all girls shave so maybe its exciting for guys to play with a hairier one.. who knows. Men are so weird.

LOL, that would be a pretty big challenge for a girl if her guy changed mood so often. "Hang on honey, give me a couple of weeks to grow some hair." A little easier to go the other way, though. "Smooth you say? Ok hon, be back in ten minutes."

Lol... You guys crack me up. I really like some of the statements in here. (Chinese vs Italian) My boyfriend and most men I have dated prefer it to be shaved. However, one man I was with said that he liked a little hair because otherwise it seemed to be prepubescent and that was sort of a turn off. However, I didn't change. I prefer to be completely shaven, I always have. I too, like the feeling myself. I love to be smooth and well... Delicious.

I prefer to be clean and smooth but my hair naturally grows quick so it gets to be a major pain to keep it up sometimes. My boyfriend likes it when I am smooth but he doesn't seem to mind if I get lazy and let it grow a little.

It took me awhile to get used to the feeling of hair as I'd shaved all off for years. But my BF likes hair there, and more than I expected when he asked if I'd let it grow. It's a MAJOR turn on for him to see when my legs are spread or he gives me oral. But it gets a hearty trim for summer and the bikini. He pouts like a little kid for a week after that annual reduction.
