Ah the dilemmas of shower sex. My ex and I had a similar problem. He was 6'4, I'm 5'7, and I was quite a bit bigger than him. Being taller than your man is beneficial in this particular situation.
Your shower is going to have a lot to do with the different things you can try. We had a reallly big shower (seriously, it was the size of a master bath. No idea why it was designed that way), so we were able to try a lot of different things. I'd suggest though, for a smaller shower, to try propping up against the wall. If you can get a leg up, rest one on his hip. He should be able to bend slightly at the knees for penetration. If you've got a place to use as a hand hold, you can use it to help push yourself up a little. If this one doesn't work, consider doing it on your knees. I'd suggest a lot of foreplay first, if you go for that one though. Showers aren't exactly cushioned, and it can start to hurt after a while. -
Showers are tricky and most stuff is really uncomfortable when done in there. My boyfriend and I have found though, that the easiest way to do it is for you to lean forward with your hands against the wall and he gets behind you. It's awesome. Doing it while lying down on the floor of the tub is probably not going to work and will get uncomfy really fast.

Aahh - my favorite, but there's also not a whole lot of difference in height between the two of us.
