So far the only thing that works to at least get my mind going a bit more than usual is thinking about porn scenes. Not the fake moans, fake smiles, or talking...just the actual sex. I get fairly aroused by that, then when I think about that during sex I can get the right 'tingles' to at least feel something close to an orgasm (but again I cannot seem to peak).

I have only had one orgasm with my boyfriend. If your techniques have not worked before they likely will not again, keep trying new things. From what I have read it seems that guys tend to focus solely on the clitoris. Not always the best approach because there are still nerve endings in the rest of the vulva. Variety helps, whether it be through oral, touching, or actual penetration. Personally if my boyfriend is giving oral he has a ton of variety. Everything from gentle licks, hard sucking, tapping with the finger, and attention to the labia, you name it he does it each time he goes down. It feels good but because I cannot get into the right mindset to really feel any sort of mass pleasure.
