It's definitely an every now and then thing. I don't ask for it - she sometimes just starts poking around that area - no pun intended. I could do with or without it. Sometimes if she starts playing too early it interrupts my sensations.

Thinking about it, yes - I'd imagine women get the same feeling of "fullness" if they have something in their hole(s) when they climax. I say fullness because that is the way its been described to me by women.
