How to get him to last longer?

Okay. So my boyfriend and I have been having sex for about a month now. Our first time we had sex was his first time ever, so honestly I didn't expect it to last real long. I did however think that would be one of the only times that it wouldn't last a long time. I was wrong. Everytime we have sex it only takes him a few mins until he is finished. We thought that maybe we were doing too much foreplay so we cut that out some, not completely just not as much as before. Still that did not help. What can we do to make our sexual intercourse time last longer? I am all out of ideas.

If it was his first time then he's probably still getting used to just the idea of having sex. Some people take time to get the hang of it, he probably needs to learn to control when he finishes.

Switching positions always delays it for a little. He can stop for a minute and do stuff to you when he gets too excited, then start again when he's calmed down a little.

If none of that works, they do sell stuff at drugstores that guys can use to numb it a little so they'll last longer. I've never had someone use those though, so I'm not sure how well they work.

Thanks for the info. We have tried a couple different positions but not switching it up in middle of doing it. I will definately suggest that. As for the stuff at the store that numbs, I think we will wait and let that be one of our last options.

Tell him he might want to rub one out earlier in the day.

That may allow things to last longer.

Haha... I got so used to hearing people telling guys to quit masturbating that this didn't even occur to me

After he finishes, how long before he is ready again?

Keegal exercises.....The spelling may be wrong but the thought is correct. You know the muscles you use to stop the flow of urine when you pee? The same muscles are used to stop men from ejaculating.

Keegal exercises are really good for women to do throughout the day, as the stronger their pelvic floor is, the less likely they are to have bladder control problems when they're older....Depends anyone?

Masturbation to the point just before ejaculation will also help, but mos men can't do this successfully....too selfish....want to finish. So masturbate him or have him masturbate until just before he feels like he's going to ejaculate and then have him stop and squeeze at the base of his shaft until the feeling subsides.

He can do that as many times as he/you want to before you engage in intimacy.

Back to Keegals for a minute.....the beaudtiful thing about them is that you can do them anywhere at anytimr and nobody else will know. Practice "stopping the imaginary urine flow" and hold for the count of ten. Release the muscles and count to twenty then "stop the flow" for at least a ten count. Try to do this 8 - 10 times 3 or 4 times each day.

Better sex when you're active and less chance of DEPENDS when you're elderly!!

Most guys I have been with only last "a few minutes." 4 or 5 during active intercourse is not unusual.

One thing I have found works well is to get him off first either via hand or oral. Then spend some "foreplay" time while he recharges. After 20 minutes or so, he is ready to go again and lasts much longer the 2nd time around. Going two rounds also seems to get him use to being inside for longer times, making the first last longer.

Give him his first orgasm with hands or oral, wait about ten minutes, bring him back to life with more oral, then ride him cowgirl style. Be alluring about it, that is when you bring him back, make eye contact, give him the full "porn star" treatment, make sure he's watching you while you have his c--k in your mouth. maybe do it on a couch so he can watch more easily. But do it slowly, and avoid any sort of consistent rhythm in your oral technique. Prepare him ahead of time, tell him you're trying something different.

Second, there are several products that will create a temporary sense of numbness that will prevent a guy's orgasm, at least for a short time (like 10 or 15 minutes). Some are sold in adult stores, but you can buy stuff at the drugstore that works just as well. Look for products like Anbesol that say "20% Benzocaine" on the label. Don't use too much, and be careful where you apply it, the part of a man's penis that participates most directly in orgasm is the ridge around the head (technically it's called the corona) and the line of skin that leads down from the urethral opening (called the frenulum). Pay special attention to the spot where the frenulum meets the circumcision line. If you do this right it will be impossible for him to come for a good 15 minutes, but when he does he'll pretty much explode.
