Thanks...I've thought about that. But unless I do something, nothing will change. And I can't live like that anymore. I want to live the width of my life, not only the length. So, I guess that means I at least better bring the can opener...

    ...lol...just call me soulcrates...j/k

No worries. If she's anorgasmic, then I'd say give it a whirl.

      Have fun.

      Best of luck, brother.

Please don't take this wrong, Oh.

One of the ways to help females with anorgasmic dysfunctions are clitoral pumps. To help stimulate an area that needs more blood. To use before or during sexual intimacy. Kind of like the Johnson Pumps that men use that have ED.

The mind is the biggest and most important sexual organ. There have been fairly recent studies monitoring women's brain activity with various types of simulation. They found that women are just as visually stimulated as men and that many women seem to have blocked the mind/body connection, sexually. The mind reflects a high degree of arousal and even orgasm but the woman's body fails to respond or the woman fails to recognize the response.

Toys, pumps, whatever won't help that. That's why I suggested the Tantrists, they work with the mind, awakening sensory arousal, full body arousal and treat sex as a mind/body/spirit connection. She has to open her mind before her body can respond.

thank you for elaborating, I will look more into it. The only thing I could find is that it was a religious thing...Buddhism type stuff. I don't understand it yet, but I soon will. Can you lead me to some good sites so I can do some research on it, please.

Like anything, you examine it to get an understanding and then use what speaks to you and your needs.
Some books I would recommend are:
The Art of Tantric Sex by Anne Johnson
The New Tantra Simple & Sexy by Susan Crane Bakos
And and oldie, I'm just starting to read - The Art of Sexual Ecstasy by Margo Anand
Susan Crane Bakos, a sex therapist, wrote another book I've recommended many times. The Orgasm Loop. I like this one because she essentially teaches what I did naturally and I'm multi and very responsive.

Posting outbound links isn't allowed, I would have to edit it and maybe give myself an infraction LOL. But I like the white lotus east site for a good overview.

I've done some quick looking and I think it's a great idea to try. Now the million dollar question....It looks like counseling. sex therapy at that. And that is what she is going to see. I know its to better her mind and body, but......she won't see that. I wish these therapy techniques wouldn't be so visual and blunt. These are not the things you want to start cold turkey on. Can't they make a cook book that starts of innocent and then after you have convinced them that the food is good, get into the hot and spicy stuff, slowly. The websites are like soft porn.

                Try try try again.

I guess I can buy a book and hide it and read up on it..and hope she finds it..will look at the books and see which one is less explicit.

One question... would I have to change my name to Schwa Mi Greydog

                Thanks Wild,

If you have any ideas how to present this kind of thing, suggestions are welcome. Got my can opener ready

Well, my copy of,The Art of Sexual Ecstasy has very little visual stuff, it's more descriptive. What led me to that book was a mini workshop at the Sex Fair. It was on awakening the senses. It was very sensual but not sexual (although it certainly could go there). The couple demonstrating explained that often the receiver is so relaxed after, that sex isn't a thought at the time, but it does help build a closer more trusting relationship. The book gives full instructions for this activity. This would be more a tantilizing taste than a come on.

In my community there are regular demonstrations of this open to singles and couples. That's why locating a Tantrix in your area would be helpful.

You might also look at the Welcomed Consensus website. They offer instructional material that is so clinincal it really can't be compared with porn. They focus on using your hands to bring a woman to orgasm.

Greydog - just wanted to let you know that other people are in a similar situation. I haven't found an answer yet. I'm curious though - every once in a while my wife wants sex - and really wants it - seems to really enjoy it and says so, says we should do this much more often. Then weeks go by with no interest, lots of excuses (tired, too much work to do, etc). Does your wife do the same?
