Well I solved the issue of not finishing a couple of times; which was the example she gave as to why (though I'm sure theres more). I guess the post was originally about just being able to convince her that it's good for me too, hence the title.

Thanks for the tip Wild, however I'm definitely no Jethro Tull and can't make demands like that at venues, and our diet consists mainly of Jack in the Box on the road or bar food before a show.

LOL, no few bands these days will reach the stature of some of the early rock bands that have endured so many years. But you can be aware of what you are eating and make the best choices possible. You live in your body and if you don't take care of it and some point it will fail you. YOu have a lifetime ahead of you, even small positive action can make a difference.

It's not always hard to finish Antonia, it really does depend on how tired I am. I don't know if this is the case for other men but if I am out of breath and have no energy it's very hard to finish.

That and you might consider lacing up your running shoes and seeing if you could get in a little better physical condition so sex doesn't leave you so out of breath.
