    Extreme Pain during Intercourse

When my fiancee and I have sex it is always extremely painful for me. The area at the bottom of my vulva, right before the perineum, feels like it is splitting when he first penetrates, and continues to have tearing sensations throughout. It's gotten to where I can't physically have sex no matter how much I would like to, and is frustrating for him. What could be causing that pain?

Is he too big? I am talking about girth...

Doesn't he wait long enough until you are well - lubed? If you are not, you should get some artificial lubricant. The female organ adjusts to the male organ, so it should not be the main reason.

The size of the man is not normally the problem. Proper lubrication can be a reason. If you subconsciously contract your vaginal muscles and you are not properly lubricated, it can cause additional pain. Otherwise a visit to your gynaecologist should help.

well lubrication isn't the problem, we tried some artificial just to see if it'd help and it did nothing. also, when i was with a previous boyfriend it hurt just the same, and he was larger. so i don't think size is the problem.

You should see a doctor soon. This is not normal. You might have an infection, or irritation or small tear there.

I had the exact same problem as you within this month. You gotta stop having sex for at least a week (if you can). I've been drinking lots of water and milk. Showering more often. Patting instead of wiping it dry and also massaging the place it feels like it's tearing. Wearing condoms seems to have helped. And I went to a doctor and she actually told me to use Miconazole vaginal cream. It's an antifungal cream even though I have no fungi or yeast infections. I just put a tiny amount on the area after I shower before I go to sleep. I'm able to have sex about once a day now. It was SO frustrating trying to figure out what was causing it. I tried EVERYTHING. Sleeping more, "tried" and failed at just not having sex. But I felt the same tearing and pain as you did. The longer he went the worse it got to the point where I was literally shoving him off me cause I was crying. I still wanted sex SO bad. My sex drive was really high and I could barely even finger myself it was so painful. I hope this helps your problem go away sooner than mine did. I was having this issue for almost 1.5 months.

This sounds like an infection. You should immediately see a doctor, as infections may indicate other health concerns.
