18 year old girl who cannot have an orgasm.
Hey i'm an 18 year old girl who cannot and has never had an orgasm, Ive tried many things including: ky lubercation, masturbation, clitoral stimulation, sex...etc but nothing has worked. I can feel a strong tension building up after a while however I cannot get a release. Any techniques and tips would be appreciated that I or my bf could do. -
Detachable shower heads..... Otherwise I never got anywhere until I got a vibrator. I started quite young masturbating (I know I was doing it in junior high) and used a lot of things as sex toys but I never actually had an orgasm. Even the years I did it pretty much every day. I actually experimented more then because I was trying to find some something that would work. Shower heads or bath tub faucets and eventually vibrators were the only way for me to have an orgasm.Comment

I was one of those who were taught that masturbating is bad, hence, I don't know quite well. I am just exploring this arena, honestly. That being said, I find it hard to keep exploring since I end up sore - maybe just too sensitive.
But when my husband and I co-masturbated (he did me, I did him), we came at the same time. Maybe you can both try it.Comment

Orgasm involves first being sexually aroused in your mind. Only once you are sexually aroused (mentally) does genital stimulation (of the clitoris) lead to orgasm.
Women tend to prefer stories and men pictures. Buy some sex stories and read lots. Find out what turns you on and then think about stimulating your self.Comment

Janesmith-get some private time to yourself, try relaxing all the way, maybe laying on a bed is best so you are fully relaxed, try clitoral stimulation with a vibrator or finger with KY, if ur doing the finger lovin, gently stroke in a circular motion while thinking dirty naughty thoughts through your mind. Nosper is correct you have to be "mentally" stimulated as well as physically. just keep going and going until you burst(slow and steady of course so you dont make yourself sore), and when it happens you will know
I dont like vibrators for the clit stimulation, I think I am too sensitive, only my fingers are needed
GOOD luck!!

Janesmith-I forgot to mention this, it takes time! U wont have an orgasm in 5 minutes! It takes some men if they are going full force just to orgasm, about 5-10minutes to have an orgasm. Women can take anywhere from 10-15, maybe even 20minutes to orgasm. Its just harder for us to orgasm. My husband says I take long when he goes down. So now, I fake it-but only if he is downtown. I never have to fake it while we are making love

i was 18 an 1/2 when i had my first 1 and it was with my bf, he got me worked up by just teasing me then using his fingers. i told him what i liked and what i didnt then it happened. i was calm, relaxed and not actually setting out for 1, just enjoyng the attention. id say you are probably trying to hard if that makes sense? relax use aids like vibrators they get you there quick. watch porn or imagine things in your mind work yourself up or get your partner to play with you enjoy yourself dont try too hard. it will happen.
