I had the same problem... Don't worry about it. Lean back until it goes in and then you can lean on top of him or lay on top what ever you like.... you give yourself a chance.... There's different ways to do it, you can kneel or squat. Why don't you try the reverse cowgirl, where you're facing away from him.
