Well if you are worried about finishing before she does you can slow it down or even pull out so you can have a minute to wait your climax out so she can join you in it together. So she can keep hers going you could use your fingers since that seems to work for her orgasm and re-enter when you have it held off.

It sounds like you both are comfortable with each other so I don't think that's the problem. It is hard to reach climax for a girl during intercourse especially since she has never had one that way before. But once she has her first one it will come more easily the next time. She just has to relax and allow herself, so anything you can do to make her feel more comfortable about it would help. Find out if she likes it rougher or more soft. When you give her oral or other stimulation and she does climax try to pay attention to how fast and hard or deep you are going and what she likes the best.

You can get to know her body probably even better than her. I say that only because my boyfriend opened my eyes and gave me my first orgasm and I've learned a lot about how my body works and what I like. It just takes time and communication. Sometimes different positions can help you last longer and might feel better for her.

In my personal opinion missionary is kinda boring. It can get the job done but not nearly as exciting and kinda difficult to climax that way. But everyone enjoys different things. Try having her on top and to switch it up have her reversed on top and laying down on top of you that way, I have found this very exciting and pleasurable.

I'm sure she will get there hope this helped a little! good luck!

The G-Spot, or Grafenberg Spot. This is a small, highly sensitive area located 5-8 cm (2-3 inches) inside the vagina, on the front or upper wall. Named after its discoverer, a German gynaecologist called Ernst Grafenberg, it is sometimes romantically referred to as the Goddess Spot. Research into the nature of the female orgasm, carried out in the 1940s, led to the discovery that the female's urethral tube, that lies on top of the vagina, is surrounded by erectile tissue similar to that found in the male penis. When the female becomes sexually aroused, this tissue starts to swell. In the G-spot zone this expansion rebults in a small patch of the vaginal wall protruding into the vaginal canal. It is this raised patch that is, according to Grafenberg, 'a primary erotic zone, perhaps more important than the clitoris'. He explains that its significance was lost when the 'missionary position' became a dominant feature of human sexual behaviour. Other sexual positions are far more efficient at stimulating this erogenous zone and therefore at achieving vaginal orgasms.

      This may help

As she gets close to orgasm her muscles contract and that makes her tighter and is probably what brings you to orgasm. Slowing down or even resting a few seconds may slow you down. There is talk of various kinds of orgasm but the nerves from the clit are pretty much it, depends on how they are stimulated, every woman is a bit different. Mental/emotional factors are also huge, a man who is stressed can lose his erection, a woman can lose her orgasm. We women have twice as many nerves in the clit as a man has in his penis and a great deal of women's trouble with orgasm is head stuff. Lots of playful, loving foreplay and assurances that her sexuality is healthy and normal is importatant.

If she holds the idea the there is a problem with "doggie" style, she may have a few other little hang ups - we each have something. The fact that she can orgasm is a biggie. If you read through the sex pages here you will find that many woman are unable to. This is almost entirely mental. Check out the thread on Books on Sex, you may find some helpful suggestions there on some education and idea for both of you.

yes just dont call it doggy style HAHA
just tell her that you have read online and did some research on how to achieve vaginal orgasms and that you learned that if you are "behind her"
it is much easier for a woman to achieve orgasm this way
I think a man behind woman is many womens' favorite position
I absolutley LOVE it this way I cant get enough of my husband from this way
most quickies are usually "this way" and he only lasts about 5-10minutes Its an awesome position, I think your girlfriend would LOVE it, maybe try to ask her when you both have had a couple of drinks -she may say yes? lol

I'm in the same boat as your g/f. Get intense, overwhelming pleasure from penetration and it feels like it's all about to explode, but never quite does - and I'm very experienced so maybe I just can't or I haven't quite worked out how. Mind you, what I do have is awesome and I'm not fussed if I never 'get there' vaginally b/c the rest of it is so intense.

Clitoral orgasms are amazing, but for me if there is a finger or something else inside and on the right spot then the intensity is incread 500%. Perhaps you can experiment with that, just use your fingers inside to find the spot that works for her. As already mentioned good old 'doggy' position will probably work best to try and get a vaginal orgasm as the gspot is on the top wall of the vagina and that position brings the penis against that spot more effectively. You need to take the time to notice her reactions, even if they're subtle, so you know what works best for her - then keep doing it.

As for the 'mutual orgasm', it's a very elusive thing and trying to achieve it is only likely to make you both more stressed. If it happens, it happens but concentrate on simply enjoying whatever you're doing.

I second the comment re lube. It should be a given particularly if you're large. Lube and lots of manual or oral preparation.

As a youing woman just starting on her sexual journey she has a long, long way to go and so much to learn. Don't try to 'have it all' right now, just enjoy the process. Tell her that by the time she's my age (55) she'll still be discovering delights and sexual surprises

Make sure her feet are warm.....a women is likely not to have an orgasim is her feet are cold. Weird little fact, but true. Orgasims are mental, once she is most comfortable, she will be fine. Even if she says she is comfortable, she is new to this, she is not.

I would encourage her to be on top where she can be in control of depth, speed, and position. This always works for me!

Ok. My wife and I have sex. Right now its her period time. So I won't have sex. I don't want a bleeding wiener. I have a couple words to ask what is that ej word and this orgasm? I want some answers. I looked up orgasm and it gave me this the physical and emotional sensation experienced at the peak of sexual excitation, usually resulting from stimulation of the sexual organ and usually accompanied in the male by ejaculation. I'm not understanding the definition. Can someone explain it? Thanks.
