Still, it's hard to not think it sometimes. If you viewed a wrap-sheet of our lives. You would see that she is one-of-a-kind and amazing in ever sense of the word. Don't judge your worth based on what you may think that others may or may not believe.

Confidence and self-awareness are qualities most people strive for. If those are things you would consider ordinary, then you're well ahead of the game.

Tell her think she is amazing, leave out the part that you think you are ordinary. You don't know what kind of jerks she may have dealt with. You Must have something going for you or she wouldn't be sticking around.

You're aren't ordinary, a one of a kind and amazing in every sense of the word woman has found you fascinating enough to fall in love with... so you need to pat yourself on the back (privately of course lol) and say... yeah... I had it going on more than I thought Instead of treating your girlfriend like she's the head of some relationship charity and picked some low-level guy to make him feel good. She didn't. She picked you because she thinks you are awesome.

Inside your head you can question your own awesome factor- but don't make an argument to her that she can do better... you wouldn't want to win that argument anyway - right?

If you want to tell her how appreciative you are you can just say things like "I don't know how I was lucky enough to end up with you" it expresses the same feelings and yet doesn't have the implied insult.
