There's no wayyy you can actually prepare for this act. It's very uncomfortable in the beginning but with practice it will become easier and you'll both enjoy it very much. Just relax and use lube. That's it! All that advice about doing this doing that...isn't going to work for everyone so do what works for you. Good luck and hope you have fun!!! Glad my husband loves it as much as I do!!!

How to do anal
Here's how you do anal.
1. Take two enemas shortly before-hand. Those Fleet disposable ones are ok. This has the dual purpose of providing ideal hygiene AND ensuring that all of the space available in the rectum is available for penetration. Sorry for the graphic detail, but these are the necessary steps.
2. Take a thorough shower. And of course WASH YOUR !
3. Have a LOT of foreplay.
4. The lead-up from the foreplay should be intense analingus. I'm talking serious tongue-ing.
5. Of course thoroughly lube the penis (oil-based is not ideal) as well as the outside AND inside of the anus.
6. Yes, of course he should ease his penis in.
But even more important than easing the penis in is this:
7. As soon as the penis is even half an inch in, you must use your muscles in a way that is the same as moving your bowels. If you have taken two enemas before-hand, you should have no fears of embarrassing discharges. And, when the muscles are in the position for something large to exit the anus, they are also in the position for something large to enter the anus.
8. Good luck ! And I hope you post about your success.Comment
