Not to ruin the game, but ... unfair terms!
Someone who is a C cup with a 34 band has nearly the same sized breasts as someone with a B cup and a 36 band. You'd have to get complicated with the rules to make it work out.
According to the rules as stated - I'd win. But I don't think 15" penises exist.

Not necessarily - any band size increase of 2 numbers usually correlates with an increase in breast volume equal to a cup size.
Not to mention brand differences. Basing anything on anybody's cup size is a slippery slope. Add to it that something like 80% of women wear the wrong bra size ... recipe for disaster!
