whats a good libido or enhancer for guys

I really do feel that my erection problems are coming from libido issues more than anything. I do get hard sometimes but not solid hard and the smallest thing will make all my excitement go away.

    What can i do...
Went to doctor he just gave me viagra!... Viagra works sometimes for me..
I use to have sex daily. And now can even masturbate daily. I only 25! Mentally i know im horny.. My body is lacking.

Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, I did hear of a cream called Befar but I thought I remember it was a so-so type product, and then I have heard of Zoraxel but other than that I have no idea. And a plethora of underground, non-certified, non-FDA approved, extremely sketchy lying product distributors on the internet.

People are going to say that better eating and exercise will help, it certainly can so that will be the natural way to go....it will take a very long time though. You can also avoid pharmaceuticals and exercise by using a pump. However I really do not think that is what you should use.

I think you need counselling more than anything. Everything you say has stemmed from your gf's ex, he is an ex, he is gone...you really should not worry about someone that is not longer with your gf. I am a total advocate for drug therapy but I do not agree with ED drugs everyday because they can mess your heart up in time.

If your having erection problems with sex, I'd avoid masturbating all together for a while and see if it helps. If you are trying to masturbate daily and have sex later... you are setting yourself up for an erection that isn't quite as full steam as it would be otherwise.

Give it a shot... hold off on masturbating a couple of days before your next sexual encounter and see if that doesn't help ready you a whole heap more.

Maybe you just need to lay off everything that has to do with sex for a week or two. Talk to your GF about it. Find other ways to enjoy life and each other. There is so much out there that you can explore together. You are putting WAY too much pressure on yourself!!!

How about no intercourse, just you focus on learning to pleasure her using your hands and tongue? See how that goes for a while?

              This sounds mental to me.

You could try forgetting about sex and hardons for a while to end the negative feedback loop.

And- viagra/cialis or anything else only works if you are mentally aroused. If you aren't aroused, or if you are having mental blocks, it isn't going to work as it was intended. Viagra facilitates the natural mechanism, it doesn't create it out of thin air.

              Good luck.

                1. Stop jackin' around. See if you can go five days without busting a nut.

                2. Strength training and daily cardio: Cardio improves bloodflow (even there), strength training increases testosterone in as little as two weeks (You don't have to be gorilla huge, even 5lb dumbbells will help).

                3. Watch a good scary movie. Something with a nice slow burn to get your kidneys working. High Tension and House of the Devil are both pretty good. It has been scientifically proven* the horror films are the best genre for inspiring your libido.

That is SO interesting to know! And in my personal experience me and my guy are way more likely to get frisky during and after a horror movie than we are during after movies like Marley and Me etc!

Why on earth did you think Marley and Me would be a good libido boosting movie??

Might as well curl up and watch The Plague Dogs or Grave of the Fireflies.
