Wife exhausted during foreplay, after sex, and day after sex

My wife gets exhausted and dizzy just a minute or two into foreplay (performed on her). She has no energy to even perform foreplay herself, and wants to move on to penetration immediately. She does not rush the actual act of penetration and it lasts as long as it naturally does, at the end of which she feels drunk, like she's not totally there.

Whenever we have sex, she finds it unbearable to go to work the next day, and feels tired and lousy the whole day, like she's completely drained.

We've stopped having sex during weekdays, but even now, when we're both fully relaxed on the weekend, she still feels the same, although not having to go to work the next day makes the day after sex a lot easier.

The problem is that neither of us can engage in foreplay for more than a few minutes, which is sometimes discouraging since we both want it.

We've been sexually active for about 9 months and this has always been the case.

Also, clitoral orgasms cause pain in her ovaries sometimes, but the pain emerges after orgasm or the next day.

I'm not familiar with the severity of her feelings ... but I do sometimes get that drunk feeling after I have had an intense orgasm. I will literally feel buzzed for a good 10 -15 minutes sometimes dizzy when I stand up, depending on positions we did etc...

Has she been to a doctor recently? Could she be anemic or have low blood pressure?
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

She was anemic a few years ago, but recent blood tests show no such results.

        Any progress?

Hi, I have similar issues to your wife (minus the pain). Did you guys ever get some answers?
        Thanks!

I'd venture a guess this is more a matter of what is in her head. But do encourage her to go get a physical and discuss it with her doctor.

Does she feel poorly after other non-sexual physical activity?

I understand her feeling 'drunk' after a full-on session. I've been there myself on many occasions. As for the rest of it, it's very strange. To be perfectly honest my first thought was 'drama queen' which isn't very kind, I know. It just seems convenient that her malady stops her doing anything other than lying back and enjoying things.

Unless there is a medical explanation maybe (as mentioned above) it's 'in her head'.

Dehydration maybe? Sex is a workout and you lose a lot of water through sweat. Have her drink plenty of water before and after sex and keep a glass of water at the bedside during sex.

Or like mine who just gets ****ed off,

But to the OP, I can see where she may get exhausted during sex as it can be a good workout,

Being too exhausted for work the next day is pretty puzzling unless you two are up all hours of the nite. I'm not sure it's emotional though. If not anemia, is there another vitamin she's deficient in?
