I think it would make a big difference because why all the secrecy? Is it supposed to be a surprise once the finishing touches have been added? Or does he feel that he is well endowed 'enough' that his woman is satisfied? It would all depend on the situation, but I wouldn't want my husband changing what he already has and then 'surprising me' one night with his new found friend.

Aside from surgery there is nothing that will make his package any larger so I would tell him to spend the money on a manly dinner of steak and potatoes if he wanted to feel like a satisfied man. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

I would be dissapointed at how much of a focus his penis size is to his happiness. Especially if he were already endowed. It would make me feel like nothing would ever make him happy about his penis, or me, or anything.
I'd think he has a lot to work out with himself to be a whole complete person. It would make me pretty sad. Just the same I imagine if my so realized i was taking breast enhancement pills when I already have big breasts. He'd probably think I had some emotional problems etc.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment

I'm not a woman, but I'll answer anyway (feel free to ignore).
A lot of men are insecure about their size. Often they don't know what is normal - any erect penises they have seen have probably been porn stars - hardly a random sampling.
Does he know that you are happy with his size?
Yes I know that being sensitive about this is stupid, but it does support the American large pickup-truck industry.Comment

He has got some emotional things to work on if he thinks enlarging a relatively above average penis is the only way to 'up his manhood'. And a woman who says negative things about a well endowed man's penis (if that were the case) also has some things to work on.Then he tries to amp up his manhood in this way. Would you feel guilty knowing something you did made him pursue methods of maleness enhancement? There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

.....????Now we're getting somewhere...you have to be clear to get a clear response. Yes, I would feel guilty because I 'SAID SOMETHING OUT OF ANGER' and may I assume that you did not mean what you said? If you didn't, yes, I would feel very guilty.Let's change that up a little bit. Say you and your SO had a fight, and out of anger you said something that made him feel like less of a man. Then he tries to amp up his manhood in this way. Would you feel guilty knowing something you did made him pursue methods of maleness enhancement?

I agree, it wouldn't make me very happy - although didn't you say that you got breast enlargement surgery? Therefore you are no alien to the American bigger is better policy...
But as others have said, nothing he will do will work, short of surgery, and that causes more issues than it solves... So get him to save his money.
Could there be anything that you're doing to make him feel inadequate?Comment
