The best way to do it, is to hold the base with one hand and slowly start sliding your mouth up and down from the tip to where your hand is around the base. Once he is good and hard start moving that same hand in time with your mouth going up and down. It will feel much better to him if you either have alot of saliva between him and your hand or use one of the tasty creams or lubes they have. Me and my hubby have some cream called Whipped.
