I guess I'm going to be the voice of disagreement here, but my gf and I use baby oil and much prefer it to KY, which dries out too quickly.
I sometimes mix a little lanolin with the baby oil, which works better still.
The only drawback to baby oil is babies, if you're using condoms for birth control: the mineral oil breaks down rubber...
