To the original question some men are easily aroused, but can't easily finish - its not that unusual. Some ideas:
Watch him masturbate himself (you can let him watch you at the same time ) - find out what he likes.
Encourage him to tell you how he wants it (faster, slower, harder, softer). Can even play his "sex slave" for the evening where you will do anything he asks.
Try different things, gentle, hard, fast, slow - but don't switch too often, it can disrupt the rhythm.
Try lots of different spots to see what he likes. Nipples, testicles, the area between the testicles and anus (this is sort of an extension of the penis).
Also remember - brain as largest sex organ. Set the mood, be playful, have fun. Be a bit dominant, or a bit submissive.Comment

OP: try masturbating him for a while, then quitting, then for a while again, then quitting again. In between he can be pleasing you. Repeat. Never let him get as far as he has been getting in the first few sessions. About the fourth or fifth time of masturbating him don't stop unless he climaxes or can't stand it any more. Repeat the whole sequence if needed. You are trying to get him to respond to your touch. The first sessions are to get him more sensitive to your touch.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
