I have had anal sex with him, and I know how SLOOOOW you have to go. He has had a prostate exam before in the past, but i'm sure he wasn't turned on about it hahaha.
So i'm guessing he has to be turned on first? So maybe do some oral for a while and slowly "play with his rim", then after a while lube up a gloved finger and enter slowly?
Guys...chime in here

Have you ever had any anal play done to you? If not, then I strongly reccomend trying it on yourself (or have him try it on you) to get a feel for the sensitive nature of it... it will give you some idea of how slow you may need to go at first etc...
Maybe doing during oral so that if he ends up not liking it you can just keep doing the other... etc.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment

Do a search for lingam massage. It's a well known form of tantra massage that involves anal penetration and prostate massage. I'm personally not that wild about it, but many men love it. The secret is to go slowly and use lots of lube. Rubber gloves are good to avoid damage from fingernails. Ouch!
BTW: You are a champ for being willing to explore this with him!

Start gently and use lots of lube as others have said. Make sure he is quite aroused first.
Look for a diagram for the location of the prostate - but basically if you reach your finger in palm forward, then bend the finger upward you will find it. From some men stimulating the prostate along with stimulating his penis will produce a very strong and rapid orgasm.Comment
