    Female On Female Sex

I always wondered, is it ok to have sex with another female?

I've been with my boyfriend for nearly 6 years now, but recently I've begun to get a bit bored with our sex life, as I'm sure most people in long-term relationships have. I've also started to notice how attractive certain other girls are.

You always hear cases on the news about men being prosecuted for being gay, but I was wondering if the same rules apply to women?

One girl in particular I have my eye on is someone I've known for a while in my English class. She's vivacious but also very intelligent and I can't help but feel is more mature than me.

There would be certain ethical boundaries to cross, and a certain age gap to overcome (almost 50 years, I'm 59), so I come here for expert advice first. Is female with female sex right or wrong?

Guys don't get prosecuted just for being gay. At least not in the US. They do something else to get in trouble that might involve them being gay. The same with women. Having sex with a woman is not a problem but cheating on your boyfriend is still cheating even if it's the same gender.

Who you choose to have sex with is your business.....if you're single. The only thing I see wrong with this picture is that you are in a relationship. I'm surprised that you made no mention of the ethics involving cheating on your long-term boyfriend.

If it's something you'd like to try, you must discuss it with him first and he must be ok with it. Even then, I'd think long and hard about whether or not you should actually act on it.

Well, I was thinking I'll be honest about it with him anyway. If I get to know the other girl well enough first I can make a videotape with her and then watch it with my boyfriend, it might make us sexually aroused again. I don't know, what do you think?

I don't know if you are in a country where homosexuality is illegal. If so, then you need to decide how you want to deal with that. In the US and I think all of Europe it is legal.

As sourus said, since you are in a relationship, you need to abide by whatever understanding you have with your boyfriend. If he is OK with you being with another woman, than I don't see any moral objections. If you want to "bribe" him with a video of you and the other woman, that's fine - as long as the other woman agrees.

A different issue is whether you and the potential other woman are emotionally suited for this. For many people it is very difficult to have a good relationship with multiple sexual partners. I don't consider this a "moral" issue, but it is something to think about.

I think if you're okay with him making a video of him having sex with another woman is okay with you than everything should work out fine.

My philosophy is nothing is 'wrong' sexually if it's between two consenting adults and if you're honest about what you're doing (or want to do) if you're in a relationship.

Any foray into a new area of sex needs to be talked about, boundaries set, and don't rush into anything.

Finding the right partner for something like this and ensuring the other person is also on the same sexual wavelength is a must. Just because you find someone attractive doesn't guarantee they'll feel the same way and could backfire badly.

and a certain age gap to overcome (almost 50 years, I'm 59),
Not that it matters, but what age gap? Not 50 years, that would make her 9?

And to clarify, are you saying you will talk to him first and ensure that he is actually okay with this "first" before making the videotape?
