It may be a problem if it's watery. Only a sperm sample being tested would confirm/deny. It's unusual for a man with a small penis to have large testes. Usually they are comparative in size. I guess the larger the testes the larger the ejaculate. I imagine an elephant's would be big because of the size of his testes. All I can say is that the longer I leave sex, the larger my ejaculate. aside from hubby being very small (3in. hard), he has a condition called "hidden penis". thats when the skin from the scrotum is attached very far up the shaft of the penis. this makes my husbands penis seem even smaller and when he sits his penis actually disappears into his scrotum. i know his size probably makes his testes seem larger than normal but im confident that they are on the large side in general. i did discover a lump of sorts on both of his balls but he told me not to worry. he said it was his " semenal" something or other and that it was normal. but as i said earlier, his cum is very watery and im wondering if that is directly related to our lack of conception.

I'm going to throw a spanner into the works and say each man is different and every time can be different. Like I've said before, no guy should expect his lady to swallow his juice, or even give him a blow job. Similarly women should not expect cunnilingus either.
