Last I heard, and it was a lecture in class was 14 watermelons a day (he used the article as his 'joke for the day') in order to get the right amount of chemical due to it being in such a low concentration. That required amount of watermelons could have changed by now though, or the idea of it working itself.The quanity one needs to consume for effect is unclear... I'd like to suggest that you visit a doctor you can confide in, and tell her your story: it is possible that you have a physical condition that results in very low sex drive: anemia, perhaps? or some sort of vitamin deficiency?
Getting that checked should be your first order of business.
