I have been told that Maca helps to increase libido. It's a natural supplement, lots of reviews on it. That's not its only use. I bought some online at vitacost, but honestly i haven't really used it.

If you look into the profesional web medical site, Watermelon is the white part closest to the rind. It is high in amino acids
which relaxes and dilates blood vessels.. Much like Viagra..
The quanity one needs to consume for effect is unclear... But, it is interesting, and may or may not be worth a look.

Last I heard, and it was a lecture in class was 14 watermelons a day (he used the article as his 'joke for the day') in order to get the right amount of chemical due to it being in such a low concentration. That required amount of watermelons could have changed by now though, or the idea of it working itself.

I'd like to suggest that you visit a doctor you can confide in, and tell her your story: it is possible that you have a physical condition that results in very low sex drive: anemia, perhaps? or some sort of vitamin deficiency?
Getting that checked should be your first order of business.
            Best of luck to you!

Does anyone have any experience with PCOS and getting rid of unwanted facial hair? What started as one singular strand on my chin in my 20s has turned...
