It's not impossible, although a little shiver sounds more like the chills than an orgasm to me (of course, every woman describes her orgasm differently). Is it a full mind-blowing orgasm or just a mini one? I wouldn't worry too much if it's not interfering with your life in any way. It may very well just be your hormones sorting themselves out. How old are you? Can you masturbate to orgasm "normally" (through clitoral or g-spot stimulation, either with fingers or a toy)?
If it is bothering you or interfering with your life, see a doctor. There is actually a medical condition that can cause constant sexual arousal and/or uninvited orgasms. -
