Okay so I'm starting to get real frustrated.

I got a brand new bike 2 weeks ago. Wednesday of last week (July 28th) I started my period and that is when I noticed my vagina extremely sore and after posting here, I was told that it was likely from my bike seat. I went and got a brand new seat that is wider every where as well as padded and it's done well.

Now here is the thing, my period ended Sunday August 1st and my fiance and hadn't had sex until Wednesday of this past week. We tried it with me on top as well as with him in front and both ways hurt. We also just tried it again about 30 minutes ago and it still hurt. The pain is right inside and there has been nothing changed with either of us besides the bike riding. Am I still healing from riding or do I have some other problem entirely? It only hurts during sex and a while after. Right now it's sore but just an uncomfortable sore. I am hoping it's just from riding but I'd like to be able to have sex again without it hurting like this. It's never happened before.

Well, If i were you I would want to make sure its not a lump or anything that has developed inside of you. I would poke around in there a bit and make sure you do not feel anything odd. If you don't... the only thing you can do to stop the pain is to stop riding for a bit and see if it goes away.

A lump is highly doubtful. I would be able to feel it while he was inside me. He did have a look the first time we did it and it hurt and he said the insides were a bit red. I took a good 3 day break to begin with and I don't want to stop again. My fiance thinks it may be an infection of some sort but I'm not sure. I have done nothing different besides get a bike in order to help me get back into shape.

See your doctor. I suspect that your fiancee may be right. It sounds like you have either irritated your vagina or otherwise contracted an infection. I doubt that the bike had anything to do with it. Don't try to diagnose yourself over the Internet using people you don't even know. You should have a medical professional look at this.

I know the pain that happend around my period was from my bike. I had a horrible seat that has since been replaced and is much better.
Haven't had sex since so I'm not positive that it hurts still. Will maybe try tonight and see and if it does still hurt, i'll be going to the doc as much as I hate doctors.

I'm still experiencing the pain but now it's just as we start and then after when I go to the bathroom. I'll be on my period this next week so I'm hoping that maybe it's just a change in hormones or something (even though I doubt it). I had planned on trying to have sex again after my period is over and if it still hurts, a trip to the doctor will be taken. Really bums me out that I have to deal with this. It hurts right as we start even if we're both wet and then when we get into it it actually stops hurting and then when I use the bathroom afterwards is when it really starts to hurt and it stays sore for a little while after we're totally done. I have no idea what's going on.
