Are you able to ejaculate? Have you ever tried prostate stimulation?
I'm just wondering is your limitation a lack of actual feeling, from something such as nerve damage or is an inabilty to maintain an erection to completion and ejaculation?

Technically I can ejaculate. But their is no feeling that accompanies that ejaculation.

Do you have a physical reason or condtion for that situation? If you can maintian an errection and ejaculate, something like an aneros or certain types of vibes might be used to stimulate that response, could you then have intercourse?

I don't know. Does that involve anal sex play? Sounds like fun if its done with the right person but its not something that I need. I doubt it will get me an orgasm, but its possible. It's something I have thought about actually.

Have you been checked by a doctor to address and/or rule out the physiological factors as to why you don't feel pleasure even after ejaculation?

I saw a urologist. He asked me if I could ejaculate and I said I could. After that he didn't seem much interested or concerned with the degree of pleasure. In his mind an orgasm was an orgasm. The subjective aspects were beyond him.

OK, you're new here and don't know us yet. But this caginess makes it very difficult to suggest anything that might actually be useful. You've hinted at some social discomfort, that at 30ish you haven't had sex, have stated that you can get an erection and can ejaculate but don't feel much pleasure with it. You've asked how women feel about being with a man who can't physically have sex. If you can get an erection and ejaculate, what is the problem other than lack of experience? I'm not clear what you are really looking for here.

How much desire/interest do you have?
                Do you masterbate?
Is your perceived lack of intense feeling physical or emotional?
What are you hoping to achieve? A relationship, a way to find sexual satisfaction for yourself? For a partner?

                  Do you masturbate?

I am not being cagey. It's not easy to explain.

I do masturbate but its purely a physical release with no feeling. (I don't get any pleasure zero zip nada either in masturbating or in ejaculation) I wish that i didn't masturbate to be honest.

I desire to be physically close to a woman. But only if its meaningful.

I am hoping to achieve a best friend in the world who is female who I can be very emotionally intimate with and who I can express affection to in a way that I wouldn't express affection to a friend. I want her to be satisfied sexually as well as me.

I have strong feelings of sexual pleasure but those feeling have always been related to emotional feelings.

Please stop assuming that if you don't understand me that I am hiding something from you. I am doing the best I can. I am 30 not 30ish.

I cannot make a suggestion unless I know what kind of disability you have, if any. I do not mean to be offensive, I just cannot fully understand your situation and therefore cannot help you at all, even if I would love to.

Please be more specific, as otherwise we'll only be giving you vague answers without actually helping you at all.

I'm trying not to assume, that is why I'm asking for clarification. Studies of the brain have found that many women who's brain responses clearly show that orgasm has occured, will claim to have felt no physical reaction. I'm wondering if you have a similar situation or is there a known physical cause for your situation?

If there is a physical reason, such as nerve damage then I would suggest you focus on learning skills to pleasure a woman but if it may be an emotional block then I would encourage you to still learn those skills but to also explore what might unlock your own pleasure.

Sexual pleasure is a wonderful thing and if you are capable of it, it would be a great thing for you to experience.
