You could try light bondage - tie someone to the bed, blindfold them, then do all the sorts of things you would normally do. Can dress up in costumes (simple is fine - a toy eyepatch makes a pirate - its the idea that counts). Role play - "seduce the prison guard so he will let you escape sort of thing".
For physical things, there are lots of positions - go online and look up sex positions and try different ones.
I'm sorry about your bad experience with oral earlier. It is an important part of many people's lovemaking so it is worth an effort to start in gradually again.
