Yeah i know but it's also effective after just a week of wear. It's much less annoying than a pill- i have ibs so i can't use oral contraceptives and i like the idea of being able to remove it incase i get a reaction (so the shot isn't an option). I don't mind changing it every 3 weeks though.
I haven't touched myself in a week (VERY rare for me). He touched me for a bit and it seemed to work ok...but that was outside clothes....

Ok so for the past nearly month i've probably touched myself 5 times?
Normally it's at least once daily.
STILL nothing, it is very weak. The last i waited a whole week, SO not like me, and it still was very weak but probably the best yet, so you could argue it's getting better, but i don't think so.
I feel so upset does not anyone else have this problem???
It's bad because i just wanted to "Test drive" sex and hopefully forget about it until we get married, but now i feel like maybe sex will be the only thing that will get me off enough to feel it? Maybe? Maybe if something was inside me (i don't go inside, just i can't do it) then it would feel good again.
I'm starting to loose interest in sex and even moving out with my boyfriend all together. It's making me REALLY REALLY upset....

Totally agree. The nerves in the vagina are still located in the exact same places as they were prior to breaking your hymen. Losing the hymen skin plays no role in sex itself because it has been removed. The only explanation for this is a mental association with something regarding hymen skin, I don't even know what it could be.

Well it was a major thing for me to loose my virginity. I swore to myself and everyone i wouldn't...but i did, and i mildly regret it. Mostly because i lost my pleasure.

It feels as if i got so stretched that it is incapable to make tight strong contractions during orgasm, like the hymen was the muscle responsible of that, even though it is not... That is what it FEELS like.

It is still very weak and bad over-all, though I'd say there is a 10% improvement but that's because i put off time between sessions much longer. In the past if i COULD wait 3 days it would be explosive, now i wait that long to get HALF of what my "lame" orgasms felt like. I still get the rush of dopamine, but physically i am not feeling the pleasure during orgasm. I had sex one more time after and it didn't feel that much better, so i think I'm doomed unless it's mental. Then i have to slowly work on it.

I just wanted the word out there in case someone else was thinking to wait or not, that they should wait.

You swore you wouldn't do it. You did.
Does that, however deep inside, make you a bad girl?
              Are you punishing yourself?

This is a mental association with losing your virginity...a sort of "I should not have lost my virginity so I should not be getting the same amount of pleasure compared to if I actually wanted to lose my virginity". Could be some deep seeded 'punishment' that you may not consciously recognize but physically you are fine. You are anatomically correct, well minus the hymen of course lol, but again physically there is nothing that can cause a 'no mass pleasure'.

Are you guys sure it's mental??? 100%?
I don't think i'm one to "make up" a lack of physical sensation. The journey to orgasm feels nice, probably equal to what it did before or slightly less, but when it comes to coming, it feels very very very under stated and weak.

I found that the more my bf and i fooled around that the less strong my orgasms became so i'm thinking there is some physical aspect to it too. This is over years. Before i was ever touched (first guy who touched me did so without consent) i had the best orgasms (it was only until after i was touched that i found out a better method of self pleasure and then so technically after i was touched i had the best). With time, the more i was touched, the worse it got. Why is that? And i guess a penis is a lot bigger than a finger and so that played a part too?? Maybe i have a physical condition down there? I've never showed a doctor my part because i'm very private about it and self conscious and i go to the docs with my mother because she has our health card so i can't go on my own.

When i move out I'm getting a copy of the card and the first thing i'll do it go get myself checked. I wont be having sex again before then anyway.

Physically speaking there is no reason that losing the hymen would impact the rest of your vagina. No new cuts, no loss of muscle, no random degeneration of nerves...nothing, you are still just as intact as you were before you broke your hymen (you are just missing that small flap of skin). If you are unsure you can always pick up an anatomy or physiology book about the female body. Extra information is never a bad thing.

You do not lack physical sensation, you said so yourself when you say "the journey to orgasm feels nice". This means you can feel, you have physical sensation. If you did lack a sensation you would be nowhere near the possibility of an orgasm. So you can get yourself there, you can feel good, you just decide that it is not as good as before. You just have to let yourself feel the build up, the orgasm, the sensations, without associating it in any way shape or form to losing your hymen. That will just take practice I guess. Let yourself believe that losing a piece of skin, that all women who partake in intercourse do lose, will not affect anything regarding your overall pleasure.

I can say i've been "practicing" a lot.
and still, after nearly 6 months, nothing has changed. My orgasms are still pathetic. I got over the guilt, and then it comes back, but the sensation is the same. It's just not as strong, myself and my body barely react at all when i orgasm, it's like i didn't orgasm at all. And i have to work really hard to orgasm too. If i just lay there and enjoy myself nothing happens. I have to really work and focus.
I swear it's not mental. I don't feel much. Some positions it's too intense and weird. Some, i don't feel much at all. But no matter how fun the ride, still, the release is insignificant.
I waited nearly a whole month with no contact in that area what so ever....and while the journey was more fun and shorter than usual, the release was the same. Weak. BUT slightly better then any of the one's i've had. Not strong but hormonally pleasant. (dopamine, etc).
I seriously don't think it will ever be good again. It makes me very close to just giving up on sex out of resentment.
