Honestly, I'd take some ibuprofen and talk to your boyfriend. It sounds like you might have gotten or definitely got a bit out of control. You don't want to be bruised, swollen and unable to move after sex. I would tell him that it was too much and also be very careful of it happening again.

Not sure if this was mutually or if he initiated but you definitely should be careful. This could cause some serious harm.

i really liked it as it was happening. i already took some ibuprofen, but it isnt helping. it really only was biting, scratching, spanking and like that, i just never got this hurt, you know? but thank you for trying to help. any more suggestions are very much appreciated and needed.

Get off the floor and onto a softer surface, like the bed?

Would you say you are generally fit or unfit?

Try a very warm bath with epsom salt. Make the bath as warm as possible put 3 -4 cups epsom salts get from drug store. After the soak, moisturize skin. Repeat.

Trail and error. Now you know how far you want to take the rough stuff so you are not hurt. Since you are the one at risk, not your bf, you need to take control. Have a safe word, when you say all activity stops. You decide before hand what's in and out of bounds, how much, how hard how long etc. If you give control to your bf you will have more uncomfortable times and may actually get seriously hurt. I would suggest not having sex until you are fully recovered and you have both had a talk and you set up the rules and boundaries.

You did not mention what his reaction has been. Does he seemed concerned, has he suggested stepping back the rough stuff on his own? Has he attempted to take care of you? Does he want to have sex before you recover? His behavior will give you insight into the kind of person he is and where his feelings are for you.You have to determine if you can trust him in the future.
