    Premature Ejaculation Problem.

    Hi,
    My boyfriend and I have been having sex for around a year know and he has pretty bad premature ejaculation. He can last around 20 seconds on a good day and if he cums before hand he can't get hard again. He's 22 and we've tried stopping and starting, medication, exercises, counting, thinking about other things, the squeeze technique and we've read so many article suggesting all sort of things... any other ideas?
    He get really ashamed and I get tired of not being satisfied.
    We've thought about a sex therapist but it's just too expensive.
    please help!

    You will find similar threads at the bottom of this page. read them, in case you haven't.
    I, myself. am a big fan of Kegel exercises. I was never a premature ejaculator,
    after I became an adult, but when I started dating this particular lady,
    I just couldn't control it!
    - and I was already a mature man, having been with dozens of partners.
    Once I ejaculated when she was removing my trousers !!?? :- (
    Anxiety, that was... After I started doing the Kegels, eveything changed;
    I was back in the game...

      does he try or have you talked about getting him to help you have your orgasm before he has sex with you? I used to help my wife have her orgasm (although I think she really wanted longer intercourse) but it's better than nothing..
      and I noticed it made me really hard if I did not let my penis touch her and stay hard for a long time while I worked to help her cum. She took a really long time, so I was erect for a really long time, and after a long time of being really hard, it seemed to help a bit-to last longer, but mostly it increased sexual energy, which she really liked.
      I could have a longer time the second and third time, but she did not seem to like it because the sexual energy was not as high.
      anyway having my focus on her happiness seemed to help both of us
