i would try foreplay first, maybe let him stick a finger in, let you get wet(use lube if you have to) you also need to be really relaxed, dont let your vagina and legs tense up that is very uncomfortable. perhaps after using one finger and you feel comfortable with it, try two fingers and then slowly let him take control with his member and see if that helps, just take it easy and let him ease inside you.
