There are many schools of thought on what does or does not make you a virgin. I got traditional that once you have a penis enter into the vagina with the attempt to have sexual intercourse, then you're no longer a virgin. But just depends on who you ask I guess.
If you smile when no one else is around, you really mean it.

Why do you care? If you wanted to remain a virgin, you seriously needed to keep you pants on! It sounds like you had penetration of your vagina (at least enough to make you bleed) so by most definitions, you would no longer be a virgin. But seriously, whether you are or aren't should not matter to most guys and it should not matter to you either since you have decided to become a non-virgin by having sex. If this bothers you, maybe you aren't ready to be having sex just yet.

Simple, if he broke your hymen, your not a virgin anymore..

I see where you are going with this. when I first attempted sex, we didn't get there cause it hurt too much so I still considered myself a virgin because he didn't get all the way in or orgasm. So in that light I would say you are still a virgin. That being said, it sounds like he did penetrate you to a degree and probably broke you hymen which could mean you have had sex!! I think you can make a judgement call and decide what you want to call it!!

            I vote YES

By definition, a virgin is a person that has never had sexual intercourse, or a person that is new to or inexperienced with regards to a specific subject matter. Take your pick, but personally from the sounds of it you are still a virgin by both definitions.
