Seriously? Does this stuff they use rip the skin? God, I can't imagine something being THAT bad and the bussiness still using it on someones ummmm, sensative areas (scrotum to be more specific).
I mean I certainly don't want to be torn open or anything - ok, you guys are just having fun with me now right? A little, lets get back at the guys thing?

If it bleeds it was not the intent and no you won't be torn open lol. They know what they are doing but sometimes the bleeding just happens, same with bruising. The wax is not a gag prop, it is going to be warm/hot and it is going stick to you but I believe it does come off with warm water if they get it in a place that it was not intended so it is not super glue. If you are curious about the pain get one of those at home wax kits and try it on like the bottom part of your leg that is covered by your sock so no one will see. It is not a no pain procedure. It is a painful procedure that people get used to over time...same with tattoos, first one may hurt but after a couple you get used to it hence people being nice and saying "its not that bad". Good luck to you sir.

Bleeding isn't nearly as much of a concern as it is for tattoos. With tattoos it's a direct puncture of the skin, with waxing, the injury is much less significant because it's hair being pulled out, not skin broken so bleeding should be minimal to none.

I have been waxed after several drinks before and I noticed no bleeding problems.

Well, I don't bruise, so I don't expect that to be a problem.
When I get tattoo'd I hardly bleed - so maybe I'll get lucky then.

...and I seriously thought y'all were just pullin my leg.

Remember what coach use to say "no pain, no gain"...somebody's coach did anyway.

While I haven't had a brazilian done, I have had my entire hairy, before laser treatments, back waxed and like everybody else said, it hurts but only for a moment.

My back was tender for a couple of hours afterwards.

If the woman I care about, asked me to do it, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

It's the least we can do, right guys?

This just boggles my mind, I've never had a man willing to half this to himself - but then I would never ask such a thing. I can't imagine why anyone, male or female would volunteer for this. What's wrong with your body the way it is? I just don't get it.

I think it takes about a week or so to recover your ability to have sex, you won't even be able to think of it. I think, but I'm not sure on the timing.

The purpose of pain is to warn us of danger or injury.
                      I agree with Texasred.
