help! swollen sore and out of ideas

I have been sexually active for about 5 years now and have never encountered a problem like this.
Usually my partner and I have sex about once a night, but lately we've been going at it like rabbits.
Pure sex, no foreplay for anywhere between an hour to 3 hours
Now I am red and swollen all over. It hurts to pee, walk or stand/ sit and I can't contract or expand any muscles below the waist without experiencing pain inside and out.
It started about 4 days ago and didn't hurt too bad the first day but seems to have gotten more painful since yesterday.
(This may also be due to the fact that I am currently experiencing my menstral cycle)

I am away at college and cannot get to see my family doctor/ gynocologest for at least 2 more weeks

Is this something I should be concerned about?
Is there anything I can do to reduce the pain?
Will it heal on its own?

Sounds like you've been a bit "too active" recently. Or, you aren't allowing your body to properly prepare itself, through foreplay, for what's to come.

Foreplay is a wonderful and important part of intimacy. Not just for the mind but for the physical body too.

Looks like you need to slow down a bit and prepare each other's bodies before engaging in sex for an extended period of time.

    Make sense?

I agree with Seeker. Slow it down, maybe take a break for a few days and give your body time to recoop. Foreplay or not, you need to be well lubricated for sex to stay pleasurable.

But is there anything I can do now to make the healing process quicker or easier?

No sex for a few days at least. Just take it easy and I think you will be fine. Do you and your partner engage in rough sex? If so, you might want to tone that down a bit as well.

For right now you could wrap some ice up in a towel and ice it down there...take a couple ibuprofen which will help with the pain and swelling as it is an antinflammatory. Take a couple days off as everyone else has said.
