    Ladies - Are you satisfied with your sex life?

    Hi! I am "non-traditional" student one of my classes is on “Sex-Busters” and Women Nurturing their Sexuality.

    Have you allowed any of these things get in the way of your Sexual Satisfaction?:

    * Failing to Communicate your needs
    * Putting Sex on the Back Burner
    * Being Stressed-out
    * Feeling Frumpy
    * Not Exercising
    * Poor Eating Habits

    Have you overcome this, or is it still a problem? Will you tell your story?

    Thanks SO much!

    I'm 22. My bf and I do not have sex as much as we used to due to work schedules, and me being in school and therefore needing to spend many many hours on assignments and studying.

    * Failing to Communicate your needs - sometimes, there is nothing I really *need*. I am happy with the basics of rubbing, touching etc, I do maybe not mention enough that I would like sex in different places. I will mention it but it is not a super important thing to me so I kinda forget to mention it again.
    * Putting Sex on the Back Burner - I would say no. If I am studying I will have sex as a nice break and a relief from the stress. If I am sick or tired then it does get put on the back burner.
    * Being Stressed-out - I work on 10+ page research papers, while needing to memorize thousands of powerpoint slides in various complex classes. Stress is an understatement
    * Feeling Frumpy - Yes, sort of? I am not girly so I have no intention to doll myself up. I am not wearing sweaters and sweatpants but I am not curling my hair. wearing obscenely short skirts or caking make up on.
    * Not Exercising - I never have nor will. Its just not my thing. I also have no reason to lose weight.
    * Poor Eating Habits - I eat pretty good. My "fast food" if I do have it is Subway. I eat a lot of red meat though. But starting to get more into eating a lot of salads.

      I think personally, women have a lot to contend with. Whilst in my "opinion" don't shoot me men, however, when their day is finished, they're finished. Relax time, on the lounge perhaps a beer... But, for us, and in today's age we work too, we are still going, cooking, pets, a load of washing, always something so it stands to reason that again in "my opinion" we get stressed, tired, feel frumpy..

      Communication, is the only answer... I communicate my needs when I'm tired, and when I want something, including sex AND, I am not frightened to tell what I like, want or purely use body language....

      Exercise, I'm constantly moving, doing something and I walk the dog but that doesn't stop me from being stressed, I have to and do put any negative into a positive and that relieves the stress dramatically, or else, I just ask for well, sex...

      I eat well and endulge when I feel like it, otherwise, healthy foods....

        Nope. It's actually my partner who's allowed all these issues get to him. And more. Nothing has ever made me not want sex. During stressful times I even think of sex to relax.
