Did some kegels already, and there has been an improvement already. He does not lose his erection when he overheats, just his steam. I have finished him orally, and with my hands before. With the edema in my legs, finding comfortable positions is more difficult for me than for him, but we seem to have found one that works well. I am going to invest in a set of benwa balls as well to help with the kegels. Living in Florida has had an impact on the heat issue, but we can work around that too, so long as we keep things cool enough. The problem with keep things cool is that I have bad circulation and catch a chill easily, so we need to find a middle ground where that is concerned. We have been married for 20 years, and our bodies are changing. He seems to forget that I can't do the same things I did 10 years ago, but I'm going to try my best, because I intend to stay married to him for at least another 20.
