I think you mistake horny with attention seeking. A girl that rips her top off at a party and goes wooooooo while boys throw beads at her, doesn't mean she's horny, doesn't mean she has orgasms when she has sex, doesn't mean she even likes sex -- it means she likes attention, something all women crave to a degree... but that younger women that are finding themselves are definitly a bit more desperate for.
