    Womens adive please

Hi. I have been with my partner for about 4 years now and have lived with her a bit over 3. When we first started dating, the sex was great and regular, about 3 or 4 times a day. Now, we are lucky to have sex once a month and if we do, the sex is quite bland and usually only missionary with myself on top.

She never seems to be in the mood. What should I do? Also, Im not sure how to approach her in regards to trying new things, as I am pretty opened minded and there isnt much I wouldnt do.

At the moment, the only action I am getting is when I masturbate. any advice would be great.

Have you talked to her about this at all? She knows something is up with her sex drive, trust me. So bringing it up probably won't be much of a surprise to her. Will it be a welcome conversation? No. No matter how you approach her, she will take offense. But, you've just got to talk to her. Tell her that you are concerned about it from a caring point of view, not a "I'm not getting laid enough" pov.

It would be a good idea for her to go have all her hormones tested and get in for a physical.

Is she on the pill? That is notorious for pretty much erasing the libido of women right off the face of the planet.

      Firstly I am male.
LanaBear is right about the pill. You are better off using condoms.
There is always a bit of a honeymoon period where the going is good. But this has happened quite fast.

Dont leave it up to chance- it is a part of your life you have to manage even though you would have hoped it would fall magically into place - It never does.
Try having a massage night once a week and see how things go from there.

With once a month missionary you might look at going on a negotiation course- it sounds like you need to sharpen up in that department.

Dont get married till you have sorted it out.
