my best friend absolutely HATES pubes and says that I should shave completey. I cant tell if my boyfriend is just putting up with mine because he doesn't want to say anything. I mean, I don't have a bush, and i trim down there, but i don't want to completely shave, it would make me feel like a little girl. Do you think you should shave completely? is pubic hair a turn-off?

I'm new to this site but I glanced at your post and had to comment.
Your best friend thinks its gross because society says its gross and that is what she probably grew up thinking. There is hair there for a reason but each to his own. I'm assuming your best friend doesn't look at your goods and do the deed with you so why would her opinion matter? I think if your boyfriend thought it was gross, he wouldn't be intimate with you. I get pretty scary razor burn if I shave so I trim also. A neatly trimmed landing pad is better than a prickly moose knuckle

This subject has been discussed at length, so perhaps you can do a search and read the many opinions and thoughts that have already been given.
It has nothing to do with looking like a little girl and it's all about personal preference.
As a man, I prefer the woman I am crazy about to be clean shaven, have even offered to pay for brazilian's, which she prefers but are quite expensive, so she declines and just shaves. What's MOST IMPORTANT (to me) is that I support her in whatever decision SHE makes concerning HER body.
It's HER body and I am honored that she shares it with me!
Bald, trimmed, bushy....none of these are going to prevent me from giving her the oral she enjoys and the oral I love to give.Comment

Love a lot of pubic hair, or not or in between. Each way is different, but all are good.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

I agree, a shaved vulva is nothing like being a little girl. A lot of men prefer it because it accentuates the flatness and the slit that you ladies have there. This is the opposite of what we have and therefore that's why we are attracted to it. When you have a thick bush, well, you could have a penis and testes underneath couldn't you? But, it's all down to personal preference. Do what feels good for you. Ask your boyfriend what he prefers and shave if he and you both want it.Comment
