Anyone know any natural treatments to speed the healing of the vagina after sex?

I've been having sex for (eeek) 40 years as of this coming fall and have very rarely had a need to heal after sex. What you are doing that this is a concern.
My guess would be that you are either not well lubricated whicm may mean not fully aroused or you have some sort of low grade infection that is causing irritation.

Whoever you're having sex with shouldn't be hurting you in the first place. Is he too big? Too rough? What kind of pain are you experiencing?

I used to experience tearing on my inner labia. Everyday, I had to wash with water and it made the healing a bit faster. Eventually I got tired of it so we had to try a new approach cause I was never wet enough.
