    no salute?

Okay so... My fiance has had a 'problem' getting an erection ever since we got together. He can get a semi-erection, but I have never seen it become completely full. (Together for 3 years) The sex is still satisfying, but of course the problem bothers me slightly. He went to a specialist and they simply catagorized him as having ED and gave him a 3 day supply of Cialis. The pills didn't do anything... I also bought him Extenze. But they too don't seem to have any effect. He doesnt seem as bothered by the problem as he once was near the beginning of our relationship, but it does occasionally bother me.... not feeling like Im able to satisfy or turn him on. He is able to ejaculate which is good news.. But any suggestions to any other OC med or vitamin that might bring an end to this... or a beginning

If you have insurance he should see a specialist and be very clear that he wants to know why this is happening. Can he get hard masturbating? Is this a lifelong thing?
    Kegel exercises may help.
Here are instructions for men I wrote a while back on another post

Get him to do kegels to maintain better erectile control. To locate the muscles he needs to stop urination in mid stream - it takes the PCs to do that. Then he needs to start contracting and releasing those muscles to strengthen them. He can start with sets of 30 reps, 2 second hold, 2 second release and should work up to 10 second or longer holds. At least 3 sets of reps a couple times a day. If he is doing them right his testicles will move a little with each contraction. Strong pubococcygeus muscles will give him a stronger erection and more ejaculatory control. As they age many men do develop urinary incontinence and this will help prevent that as well.

If the sex is satisfying and he can ejaculate, then the act is complete isn't it? The important things here are that you are satisfied and he is relieved. Sometimes us guys with healthy penises can't get really hard. It sometimes has no real reason, just won't go very hard. It may be work, stress, lots of things could disturb the excitement/anticipation that creates the rock hard erection. I would not say to him that it bothers you whilst the sex is satisfying as it may put him under pressure even more. Just try more seductive techniques. Try ringing him at work and telling him you have no panties on. Where see through clothes, or nothing, at home. Get him excited about having sex with you and hopefully that will create better hardness. best of luck x

I agree with Thomas so long as you are sure that there aren't any underlying health concerns. Restricted blood flow in one area could indicate restricted blood flow in other areas as well.

The working mechanism of erection depends on nitric oxide in the blood as well so could be a sign of general health as WC has said.
L- arginine could help-takes longer than Cialis to work though. It will build up over weeks. Dont go over the specified dose.
Do an experiment- Cook him a meal with a lot of extra Garlic- wont be bad if you both eat it.
The Garlic will boost his Nitric Oxide and could give him extra hardness- If it does you will know what the issue is.

Thank you so much! He does have an unspecified type of anemia, which could be effecting his blood flow. And trust me, i do try 'spicing' up our activities, and have never had a complaint as far as the sex being boring. But I will mention the PC excercises with him! Thank you!
