    Why does that film "trading places" come to mind?

    First of all are you sure he is shy? Maybe it could be other factors...........maybe he doesn't want to share you....

    You guys in love or? Is he experienced? You havent mentioned much so hard to give adequate advice

    Generaly if he is not up to it........then he won't be "up" to it at all if you get my drift
    I am going to tell you what you don't want to hear!
    Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn't

      Maybe he's not shy but just doesn't want to have a threesome. Not every man is going to jump at the chance to have sex with two women if he is in a relationship, because bringing another person into the equation is also a great way to bring insecurity and jealousy into the relationship.

        Not sure where to go with this. Really don't have much info to go on. Firstly, we don't know how long they've been together? We don't know how he feels about the fact that he is sharing her with another woman. We don't know the extent of her relationship with her boyfriend.

        Maybe it's no so much him being shy.

          Like everyone else;

          1. Don't have enough information about you, your BF and your relationship.

          2. Don't know whether he is shy or not interested in a 3some based on what little you have shared.

          I really need more information before I can give a reasonable reply.

            Having sex with a stranger or a friend of a lover, hmmm. I can see why a guy may not want to do that because he has no feelings for that person and is already happy with the relationship he has. Is your relationship with him open enough so you two can experiment together to see if you even enjoy having intimacy with your friend? What if he and your friend decide they like each other a lot and you become the odd person out? Who started this discussion about having a three way, and more to the point, what were their motives?

              This works for some people, but its very risky for a relationship. He may know that it wouldn't work for him.

                The OP could start by introducing the boyfriend to her girlfriend, and ask them if they'd like to have sex with each other.
                Because that's where it's going.

                  Completely agree.

                  I doubt it is shyness.
