Last night my wife and I had sex. After she put the condom on my and when I put in the vagina. The sperm came out in a few seconds. Why? And How can I prevent this from happening again? our sex did not last long. Only a few second. Before I used to masturbate. Ladies please help me or get your husband too. I want my sex life last at least 4 hours. Or How many hours does your sex last? Ladies.

There is a ton of information on PE on trusted sites like web MD. If I were you, I'd do a G search for Premature Ejaculation and read, read, read.
You may also try ejaculating once prior to intercourse, say, during foreplay? Then allow yourself time to recover, known as the refractory period, then have intercourse with your wife.
Read, read, read information on the internet.
DO NOT buy anything that claims to "help" you off of the internet. Consult with a physician for other options. -
You can try learning to use your pelvic floor muscles to clamp down on your orgasm.
They are the same as the ones stop your urine flow. They need to be quite strong to do this but if you clamp down sufficiently there will no semen but you will feel the Orgasm. Because there is still seminal fluid putting pressure on your prostate nerve you will not lose your erection.
You can bonk away merrily for as long as you like. I suggest that if you have to go for 4 hours you are not doing enough foreplay.
If they are not strong enough you can build them up by flexing them for a few seconds at a time for a few minutes once a day.Comment

Oxt moron, What do you mean by pelvic floor muscles? Like push ups. I can't do exercise due to my heart problem. My heart is the only thing that is stopping me from exercise otherwise I'm healthy as an ox. My parents took care of our baby for the night. Tonight my wife and I started to have sex again. The first thing I do is Watch porno on redtube.com or pornhub.com to get high. Its either pornhub.com or . Not sure. So we did. Then after I put my condom on and push it in the vagain for like 5 minutes my sperm came out. She didn't like it when I have sex so fast. She told me that she is going to find someone else that can last longer. O.o What should I do? Also how do I anal. I couldn't seem to find the hole. lol Sorry for a noob question.
This is the second sex that we had in a month.Comment

No. The pelvic floor muscles being described are the ones that essentially control your muscles when you pee. The next time you go pee try to stop the flow purposely, it takes some practice if you are not used to that kind of contraction of muscles but when you contract those muscles and stop the pee that is you using your pelvic floor muscles. The idea is that if you practice that type of contraction many times a day it will strengthen those muscles to the point of being able to control the feelings a bit more during sex. Those feelings being the early ejaculation. It is by no means an absolute "cure" per se as every single sex session can be different however people do claim it helps from time to time if you are able to keep up the contractions a few times a day for a very long time period (talking many weeks to months before any possible change happens). What do you mean by pelvic floor muscles? Like push ups. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

If you are ejaculating quicker than you'd like to, perhaps watching porn before sex is not the best idea? If you are getting yourself all worked up to til you are about to come -- then going and having sex with your wife -- you are having all the foreplay and build up on your own and only 'releasing' into her... yeah, no woman is going to like that. Why not try working on your arousal TOGETHER.. minus the tubes and hubs and other porno dot coms.
That way, even if the sex doesn't last that long... all the intimacy and build up and foreplay done together will more than make up for that. But if you are doing all that by yourself in front of the computer then just sticking your penis in her for a few seconds... she'd have every reason to be frustrated.
Its not always about how long you last... but the intimacy you share, the pleasure you explore with each other prior to and after the penetration is just as important and usually MORE important than the penetration itself.Last edited by Hopeless Dork; 04-23-2011, 10:16 PM.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment

Itsang in the whole time you've been here as a valued member of this Forum, you worry too much about everything.
I suspect you worried that was what would happen as well and so it did.
If you and your wife are not having much sex either off course you are going to get excited.
Tell her exactly that, you got excited... she turns you on, you'll work on it...and stop fearing of your performance because I know you want to do the right thing all the time...
Yes, masterbation does help keep the erection longer... So, I guess if you feel that maybe you can do that an hour or so before hand, you should last longer when being intimate with her...
But, concentrate on giving her sexual pleasure, concentrate on not being there for you but for her, as you feel you want to cum, slow right down, you need to use mind power here and not .....sex power
