something happened to me that I'm not quite sure of. I think I came twice during intercourse, but the first time I didn't really know or feel it.

I hope you changed condoms between sessions. The fluid pressure of the semen in the condom, even a relatively small amount, could cause the condom to burst. This is because the semen could get trapped in a small portion of the condom and stress the condom like blowing up a balloon, with the difference being fluids are only slightly compressible.

If you can reduce the amount of ejaculate on the first Orgasm to next to nothing then the nerve in the prostate will not get relieved of pressure and you can have a second Orgasm.
I have done this before by clamping down on the first Orgasm with Pelvic floor muscles.
